Abstract
Quality learning activities depend heavily on teachers, students and learning facilities. Students who feel comfortable at school will have a positive assessment of the school, namely school well being. School well being is one of them determined based on self-efficacy, namely the self-confidence of students in doing school academic tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and school well being in students. The data collection method used is the school well being scale and the self-efficacy scale. The sample in the study amounted to 278 students. The technique used is cluster random sampling. The data analysis method used is the pearson product moment correlation test. The results of the research statistics show the correlation value obtained (r) = 0.269 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and school well being in students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the school well being of students.
