A lease is a consensual agreement, meaning that the agreement is legally binding on the parties after they reach an agreement on two things, namely goods and price. Thus it becomes the obligation of one party to deliver the goods, while the other party pays the price. The background of this research is that there are obstacles in implementing heavy equipment rental recruitment at CV. Ravianda in 2021. The main subject of this research problem is how is the implementation of the heavy equipment rental agreement in CV. RAVIANDA and how to resolve the efforts made by CV. RAVIANDA if there are problems in implementing the rental agreement with PT. WILMAR In terms of its type, this research belongs to the type of sociological research, which is carried out by way of the writer going directly to the field to collect data which is used as material in writing this research, namely in the form of direct interviews with the parties involved in this study. While viewed from the point of view of the nature of this research is descriptive, which means it provides a clear picture of the main problem of research. . The results showed that the occurrence of defaults carried out by PT. Wilmar against CV. Ravianda on a heavy equipment rental agreement, whereby PT. Wilmar as the lessee is late in making the remaining payments for 4 (four) months after the contract ends. The settlement process for default is in the form of dispute resolution outside the court through negotiation channels, where the two parties concerned are present to discuss how to resolve the case. Settlement through the negotiation route taken by CV. Ravianda is behind because in the world business you have to pay attention to it both from both sides where the goal is to mutually benefit each other Agreement, Lease, Default, Heavy Equipment.
