Abstract
Turnover Intention is an employee's reaction to the company's environmental conditions that are not suitable or unsupportive. This response is in the form of a negative desire to leave the employee from the company where he works. Factors that affect turnover intention are high job insecurity and job stress. This study aims to determine the effect between job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention in employees of company x in Riau. This study used quantitative research. The subjects in this study used 215 respondents using saturated sample techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire on a turnover intention scale of 24 items, a job insecurity scale of 10 items and a job stress scale of 22 items. The data was analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The result of this study was P = 0.000 (P < 0.05). Shows a significant effect between job insecurity and job stress on employee turnover intention. The value of R2 = 0.464 means job insecurity and job stress contributed to turnover intention by 46,4 percent.
