Abstract
From the researchers conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum, Kuantan Singingi District school said there are 6 students who have problems at school, which makes the teacher work extra to deal with student misbehavior. Meanwhile, the condition of the school is still very bad very good and still many students. Guidance and counseling has been planned however there are still many students who think that counseling is only for students only problem. So this shows that counseling is only for students naughty one. The research here uses a qualitative descriptive research method for obtain an overview of the problem under study. Qualitative research method is research methods used to examine objects that are natural, where researchers in this case is the key instrument of the study. Data collection techniques from qualitative methods are triangulated, data analysis is inductive, and more Emphasize meaning over generalizations. This study uses the theory of social penetration Altman and Taylor. Researchers use this theory because of the discussion regarding, the implementation of guidance and counseling teacher communication with problem students in madrasas Aliyah Bahrul Ulum district. Kuantan singing. Avoid yourself as long as there are lots of conflicts which can weaken the offense. Implementation of counseling guidance teachers in overcoming problem students are very important existence. Because every student has potential commit acts of delinquency, the guidance and counseling teacher must always be on standby in in overcoming and helping students solve the problems they face, both in ways the provision of discipline in the form of rules and sanctions that have been implemented by the school or personal counseling with students in the hope of forming good interactions between teachers counseling with the student concerned. Because the task of the guidance and counseling teacher is more specifically compared to subject teachers, namely to help students in find identity and develop the potential that exists within him. Of course all that jalso cannot be separated from the important message of the family as the first place of education for students when at home.
