Abstract
MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN INCREASING HOUSE UNIT SALES IN CITRALAND PEKANBARU HOUSING ESY PANWANI (179110217) This research was conducted to see the style of the Marketing Communication Strategy carried out by PT. Ciputra Symphony in increasing sales of housing units in Citraland Housing Housing Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview techniques and field observations to the informants. The informants used were Head Marketing, Marketing Executive, and Prospective Buyers of Citraland Pekanbaru Housing. From the results of the research analysis shows that the results of the research that has been done, the marketing communication strategy in increasing sales of housing units in Citraland Pekanbaru Housing, the researcher can conclude that Citraland Pekanbaru Housing uses elements of marketing communication with an outline consisting of advertising, sales promotion ), public relations, personal selling and direct internet marketing.
