Abstract

crisis is a growing feeling of disappointment in oneself and feelings of doubt about the future, especially regarding work, relationships with other people, and finances. Moreover, at the age of 20-30 years it is a terrible phase of life for some individuals, including those who do not have a job or are unemployed. Unemployment is generally caused because the number of labor force or job seekers is not proportional to the number of existing jobs. The purpose of this study is to find out the Quarterlife Crisis in early adults who are not working. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were women aged 23 and 25 who were not working. Based on the results of the research, the two subjects in this study showed a perceived quarterlife crisis, which showed feelings of hopelessness, pressure from oneself and the environment, negative self-assessment, and feeling trapped in a difficult situation because they could not get a job.
