Abstract

The author found the benefits of e-learning learning, namely e-learning learning utilizing an information technology that is applied in the field of education in the form of virtual worlds used in learning. The problem examined in this study is regarding the perceptions of Indonesian language teachers in implementing e-learning learning in high schools in the suburbs. The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of Indonesian language teachers in implementing e-learning in the high schools of the suburbs. The type of research used is a type of descriptive qualitative approach, the method used is the phenomenological method. The source of this research was the Indonesian language teacher at the suburban high school. The data collection technique was the teacher interview technique at the suburban high school. The results of this study indicate that there are seven aspects that support teacher perceptions in implementing e-learning learning, namely, Perceptions of E-learning Learning, Advantages of E-learning Learning, Weaknesses of E-learning Learning, E-learning Learning Media, Constraints and Difficulties of Teachers in Learning E-learning, Implementation of E-learning Learning, and Evaluation of E-learning Learning.
