Abstract

Performance of Indonesian Language Teachers in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMAN Sekecamatan Tenayan Raya Teachers have an important role in improving the quality of education. In the world of education, teachers are considered professional if they have good performance. The problem described in this study is "How was the performance of Indonesian language teachers in the era of the co-19 pandemic at SMAN Sekecamatan Tenayan Raya". Tenayan Raya. The method used is descriptive method. The research approach used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Indonesian teachers at SMAN 6 Pekanbaru, SMAN 10 Pekanbaru and SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 12 teachers. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire by distributing questionnaires using the Google form. For the data questionnaire obtained using the Liket scale, which is a scale used to measure the performance of Indonesian language teachers in the era of the co-19 pandemic in Tenayan Raya District. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Indonesian teachers in the era of the co-19 pandemic at SMAN Sekecamatan Tenayan Raya has a high performance. This is evidenced by the teacher recapitulation data on the performance of Indonesian teachers in the era of the co-19 pandemic at SMAN Tenayan Raya Sub-District and which is the starting point. the measure is very often (SS), often (S). The dimension of work quality has a total of 93.58%, work speed/accuracy has a total of 91.02%, initiative in work has a total of 94.63%, work ability has a total of 96.87%, and communication has a total of 95.83%. This also shows that the performance of Indonesian language teachers has been very good in dealing with the co-19 pandemic in the learning process. Keywords: Teacher performance, Covid-19 Pandemic
