Abstract

Sharia citizenry financing bank was a financial institution under monetary policy board. It run its economic activity based on Islamic or sharia principle, without accepting riba and interest rate that was oriented to village and sub district people. The formulation of the research questioned how the analysis of murabahah financing at BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhilah Company was. The purpose in this research examined to analyse how the analysis of murabahah financing at BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhilah Company. This research was conducted at BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhilahat Air Tiris. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The informant in this research was one person that was head of financial division. Data collection technique used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used data collection, editing, and data interpretations. Murabahah financial analysis at BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhilah Company stated that it was run well because it could be seen from SWOT Analysis such as: strong marketing foundation, high production capacity, having development potential, effective and very good sources, but it needed to give attention about some problems and bad credit obstacles that was caused by customers and it would influence process of financing at BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhilah at Air Tiris.
