Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and burnout in teachers in inclusive schools. The background of the study is the increasing workload and demands in the learning process experienced by teachers in inclusive environments that cause burnout if not balanced with self-confidence or self-efficacy. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through self-efficacy and burnout questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The sample in the study amounted to 234 teachers from various inclusive elementary schools in Pekanbaru City, selected using random sampling techniques. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation showed a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and burnout (r = -0.363) p <0.05. This means that the higher the self-efficacy of the teacher, the lower the level of burnout they experience. This study shows the importance of developing self-efficacy in an effort to reduce the risk of burnout in inclusive teachers.
