Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Karimun Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Work Life Balance is a balance between work and personal life which can influence employee productivity and job satisfaction levels. Meanwhile, work discipline is an important factor in increasing work effectiveness and efficiency. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent variables (Work Life Balance and Work Discipline) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The research results show that Work Life Balance and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, improving work-life balance and discipline at work can improve overall employee performance.
