Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity of the mathematics teaching module with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model oriented to mathematical problem solving abilities in the integral subject matter of class XI SMA which was developed. This type of research is a development research using the modified ADDIE model because the research was conducted during the Covid-19 period which consists of stages (Analysis, Design, and Development). The object of this research is a mathematics teaching module with a Problem Based Learning model oriented to mathematical problem solving abilities on integral subject matter. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique by asking for validation from 2 Mathematics Education lecturers and 1 Mathematics teacher. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Based on the validity test, the mathematics teaching module with Problem Based Learning model oriented to problem solving ability is declared valid with the validity of the Aiken index of 0.68 (medium validity). Based on the results of these studies, it can be stated that the teaching modules produced have been tested for validity. Furthermore, according to the times, this teaching module can be integrated with the help of ICT media so that the function of the existence of this teaching module can be maximized.
