Abstract

The company's activities are essentially a joint effort between employers and workers aimed at the growth of the company and also for the welfare of the workers. Therefore, the company needs to provide an appropriate reward to its employees in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the company must pay attention to all efforts to improve the welfare of the workers in accordance with the capabilities and progress of the company. A good working relationship can only be achieved if every employee and company can understand and live up to the rights and obligations of each party. Which in the end will lead to and foster mutual respect and trust in maintaining a good and harmonious climate of cooperation. The main problem in this research is how the wage system for workers in a certain time work agreement (PKWT) is based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the protection of wages in a certain time work agreement (PKWT). The method used in this study when viewed from the point of view of the type, this research is classified into normative research. Meanwhile, if viewed from its nature, this research is descriptive analytical, namely explaining and analyzing. Wage is an income as a reward from the employer to the worker for a job or service that has been or will be performed. The working relationship is the relationship between the employee and the company. This employment relationship occurs because of a work agreement or work agreement between the two parties, where the worker declares his ability to work for the company and the company declares its ability to employ workers by paying wages. Certain time work agreement (PKWT) The agreement has stipulated a period of time associated with the length of the working relationship between the worker and the entrepreneur. Wage system based on company regulations between workers and employers. Where the company regulations are made in writing containing the rights and obligations of workers, including the wage system.
