Abstract
One program to develop teacher potential is the teacher mobilization program. The government created a teacher mobilization program to become agents of change in schools. The position program for driving teachers in the school environment is not limited to educating students but also forming good attitudes and behavior in them. Finding out and characterizing the function that driving instructors play in inspiring classroom teachers to participate in the driving teacher program is the goal of this study. This researcher applies qualitative research using the phenomenological method. Although this type of research is descriptive and aims to make it easy for researchers to describe the motivation of teacher mobilization in motivating class teachers to take part in the teacher mobilization program at SDN 018 Sorek Satu. In this research, interviews, observation and documentation are data collection techniques. Documentation, interview guide sheets, and observation sheets were the research equipment employed. The study's findings indicate that a driving teacher can play a number of roles in inspiring classroom instructors to participate in the driving teacher program, namely: driving teacher providing motivation to colleagues, being a role model by providing a good example as a learning change agent, being a trainer, creating a discussion space and providing information related to the driving teacher program.
