Abstract

The feasibility study analysis of Mitra Laundry business development in Meranti Islands Regency was reviewed using financial aspect analysis. From the analysis of financial aspects, it can be shown that Mitra Laundry's business development plan is acceptable and feasible to implement. For calculations, seven methods of investment feasibility analysis tools are used with the following calculation results: Payback Period is feasible, because the time of return on investment is below the economic life of investment. Net Present Value is feasible because it is positive. Internal Rate Of Return is feasible because the IRR value is greater than the interest rate on investment capital. The Profitability Index meets the eligibility requirements because exceeding a value of 1 or 100 is declared eligible. In addition to the above method, this analysis also uses Islamic financial methods, namely, the Gold Value Method Analysis shows that income is calculated based on grams of gold for 4 years, which is 53.588 grams, feasible. The Gold Index Method analysis obtained 1,092 results, this value meets the eligibility requirements because it exceeds 1. The analysis of the Investible Surplus Method shows a four-year investment surplus of 31.76%. Based on the calculation of the eight methods above, it means that the business of Mitra Laundry in Meranti Islands Regency is worthy of development.
