Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an influence of Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance and Sustainable Growth of the Telecommunication Growth Business on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Deep sample. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual data from 2019-2023 which is published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and uses a sample of 15 companies with a purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the panel data program in the eviews 12 application. Based on the results of multiple linear regression from this research, it shows that simultaneously the variables VACA, VAHU, STVA, as well as the control variables LEVERAGE, and SIZE together influence on ROE and SGR. Meanwhile, partially the VACA variable has a negative and significant effect on ROE and SGR, VAHU, STVA, LEVERAGE and SIZE do not have a negative and significant effect on ROE and SGR.
