Abstract
Oil production in the Delta field has decreased, in order to increase production, the New Zone Behind Pipe (NZBP) work was carried out. In order for production results to benefit contractors and the government, this project was carried out by calculating operating costs and investments in accordance with the standards of the cooperation contract system in force in Indonesia. This study aims to calculate the economic indicators of NPV, IRR and POT based on the PSC system and the Gross Split system. Then determine which contract is more feasible or better by comparing the final results of the economic indicators of the Product Sharing Contract and the economic indicators of the Gross Split contract. This study resulted in a comparison that based on the Product Sharing Contract system, all wells were declared feasible from the 10 wells studied, with the NPV, IRR, POT values ??being 141.71 USSM to 629.01 US$M, 37% to 350%, 0.21 Month to 0.42 Month, respectively. While the Gross Split system only 9 wells are considered feasible out of 10 wells, with consecutive NPV, IRR, POT values ??of 76.37 USSM to 839.95 US$M, 61% to 469% and 0.16 Month to 0.45 Month. While 1 well gets an NPV value of -101.42 US$M and IRR-53%. So the Product Sharing Contract system is the best cooperation contract system to be applied to the Delta field.
