Abstract

Performance is a level of achievement obtained by someone during a predetermined time in carrying out their duties and being responsible in accordance with the expectations and goals that have been set. Based on research that has been conducted by experts, one of the things that affect performance is organizational culture. The population of this study were teachers at the Agricultural State Vocational School with a total of 98 people and used a saturated sampling technique. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers at the Riau Integrated Agriculture State Vocational School. The scale used to obtain this research data is the organizational culture scale and the performance scale. The statistical analysis used in this study is simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance with a value of R = 0.858 p > 0.005. The value of the contribution of organizational culture to performance is 73.5 while other factors that affect performance are 26.5. This shows that the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance at the Riau Integrated Agriculture State Vocational School in this study was 73.5.
