Abstract
This study aims to describe the role of the driving teacher in implementing the Pancasila student profile in class IV SDN 018 Sorek Satu. This research is considered very important because the driving teacher is very influential in implementing the Pancasila student profile. As the name suggests, the driving teacher has a role as a change and as a role model for his school. The method used in this research is a qualitative type of phenomenology. The data collection technique used was observation and interviews with driving teachers and school principals. The results of this study are the role of the teacher as a driving force for change such as opening discussion rooms, starting to invite teachers to take part in programs held by the government, using learning media and teachers as role models as examples for fellow teachers and students, getting used to positive things and uphold the principle of humanity.
