Abstract

The Population Integrated Services Information System (SIPENDUDUK) is a program implemented by the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service which is useful for assisting the public in processing population documents and civil registration. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Population Integrated Services Information System (SIPENDUDUK) program at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The phenomenon in this research is that many people still don't know about the SIPENDUDUK program, not all groups can use the SIPENDUDUK website, and there are limitations in processing documents by officers. The theory used in this research is effectiveness theory according to Champbell J.P (in Dyah Mutiarin, 2014: 96-97) which has 5 indicators, namely program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, level of output and input and achievement of overall goals. By using a qualitative descriptive research method, this research is to describe and describe events or phenomena that occur in the field and present data in an orderly manner, according to facts, and discuss phenomena or facts that occur in the field. This writing consists of primary data and secondary data. The conclusion of this research is that people still have to come to the office first and the Integrated Population Services Information System (SIPENDUDUK) program is not friendly enough to the SIPENDUDUK mechanism. The author's suggestion is for the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service to carry out detailed socialization again with the District UPTD.
