Abstract
Teachers at partner schools have difficulties in implementing the use of PBL and PJBL learning models and how to increase student learning motivation. The solutions provided regarding partner problems are 1) providing material related to the PBL and PJBL models. 2) Training to prepare minimum lesson plans for lesson plans related to PBL and PJBL learning, 3) Carrying out PBL and PJBL learning practices. 4) material about increasing students' learning motivation and its implementation in learning. The implementation of this activity consists of several activities. The preparation stage first carries out surveys and discussions to obtain information needed by partners, set targets, prepare materials and other support. Second, the activity implementation stage is conducting a pretest and delivering PBL, PJBL and Motivation material. In this activity, guidance and practice are also carried out. Third, the evaluation stage involves conducting a post test and analyzing the final results of the activity. As a result, the implementation of the activities went well and it was obtained that there was an increase in teachers' understanding regarding the application of PBL, PJBL concepts and the ability to increase student learning motivation.
