Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of company growth and capital structure on profitability in banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research use squantitative research methods created through data collection with secondary data, the population, namely Banking Financial Reports Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 Period. The samples in this research are balance sheets and profit/loss reports for banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023, data analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression Statistical method and Hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that: (1) Company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (2) Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability (3) Company Growth and Capital Structure have a simultaneous effect on Profitability.
