Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of product completeness on purchasing decisions at ONE PVC Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative, with a population and sample of 40 respondents, comprising consumers who shop directly at ONE PVC Pekanbaru (users) as well as through partners. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results show that the product completeness variable, viewed from its indicators consisting of brand variety, product completeness variety, product size variety, and product quality variety, along with purchasing decisions which consist of product selection, brand selection, purchase channel selection, purchase timing, purchase quantity, and payment methods, both variables fall into the "strongly agree" category. Statistical analysis shows that product completeness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at ONE PVC Pekanbaru.
