Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and the biology learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Tualang. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation research and saturated sampling, where this technique is used if the entire population is used as a sample, then the number of samples in this research is 134 students. To obtain data in this study, non-test techniques were used. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are indicators of compliance and compliance with school rules with an average of 62.26% (agree), indicators in learning activities with an average of 65.77% (agree), indicators of attention to learning activities with an average of 58 .02% (disagree), the indicator of having a study plan or schedule with an average of 72.65% (strongly agree), and the indicator of studying in a supportive place and atmosphere with an average of 54.05% (disagree). Student learning outcomes show the medium category, namely 134 students (100%). Based on the results of data processing and research data analysis that has been carried out, there is a significant relationship between learning discipline and biology learning outcomes for class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Tualang of 0.64 with a sufficient correlation.
