Abstract
Divorce will certainly be very painful and have an impact on every family member, especially children, even without realizing it, children are the most injured individuals as a result of the divorce of their parents. To be able to accept this divorce is certainly not an easy thing to do and not all children are able to accept, reconcile and rise from this situation. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of resilience in early adult women who have divorced parents. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The informants in this study were two early adult women who had divorced parents with the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique by considering various criteria that have been prepared by the researcher. The data in this study were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations. In the interview results, both informants felt the psychological impact of the divorce of their parents, namely the informants felt changes in behavior and emotions such as sadness and withdrawal from the environment, but over time the two informants finally chose to accept the divorce of their parents and return to mingle with the environment, this is supported by the results of observations of the two informants where the informants were able to interact with many people and were not afraid when they met.
