Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the snowball throwing model on the learning outcomes of students of Pancasila education subjects on the material of mutual cooperation lifestyle in class IV SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru. This research uses Pre-Experimental Design research type, with One-Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The research population was all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru. The research sample was IVA class students totaling 38 students. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that through simple linear regression testing, it can be seen that the t count is 7,354 with a significance of 0.000 <5%, so it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the snowball throwing model variable (X) on learning outcomes (Y). Then seen from the acquisition of the average Posttest value of student learning outcomes using the snowball throwing model of 79.37 where this figure is greater than the average pretest value of learning outcomes using the snowball throwing model of 62.7. so it can be concluded that the use of snowball throwing models in Pancasila education subjects has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru.
