Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of self- efficacy on employee performance through innovation as an intervening variable (case study of PT Alfa Scorpii Panam, Pekanbaru). The population in this study was 53 with samples taken using the purposive sampling method, namely 49 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the SmartPLS version 4 tool. The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self- efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovation, innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through innovation as an intervening variable.
