Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of burnout and organizational climate on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Achmad Darwis Suliki, Fifty Regency, West Sumatra City. The population in this study was 100 with sampling using the census method totaling 100 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test using SmartPLS version 4. The results of this research show that (1) Simultaneously burnout and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially burnout has a positive effect and significant to employee performance, (3) Partially organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The burnout variable is the independent variable that has the greatest influence on the nurses performance variable.
