Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences that occur in the company’s financial performance befor and after doing Right Issue on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. The financial performance ratios used in this study are Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Price Book Value (PBV). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the results of a sample of 8 companies. The study was tested using several methods, namely descriptive statistical analysis and data normality test. The results showed that there were significant differences in the PBV ratio of the company’s financial performance before and after doing Right Issue. Whereas the DAR, DER, ROA, ROE, and PER variables didn’t show the level of significant difference in the company’s financial performance before and after Right Issue.
