Abstract

The title of this research is Setyo Budoyo Studio Management in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Setyo Budoyo means Faithful to Culture, which means that wherever you are you are loyal to culture. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Management is formed by the Setyo Budoyo Studio. Mobilization and Supervision. There are 3 people who are the Subjects of this Management Research, the first is Muhammad Samsuhar as the Head of the Studio, the second is Sigit Okta Priyadi as a musician and the last, the most information obtained is from Anggar Andrean as the Secretary of the Studio. This research collects data using Observation Techniques, Interviews and also Documentation. The method used is the Descriptive Method using a Qualitative Approach. the training schedule for managing finances and evaluating members, in Organizing being able to determine the management and their respective tasks, the Mobilization stage is able to provide motivation to studio members and lastly supervision is expected to be able to oversee every activity in the Setyo Budoyo studio.
