Abstract
SIUP is a business legality that functions as a tool to foster, direct, supervise and publish business activities in the trade sector towards orderly implementation of business. The purpose of a trading business license is to protect companies that carry out their business honestly and openly, foster the business world and companies, both small, medium and large companies, create a healthy and orderly business climate, explore sources of income and record information materials made in an orderly manner. from a company and is a source of official information for all interested parties regarding identity and other information about the company and to improve public services in licensing. The aim of the study was to identify and analyze the Quality of Public Services in the Management of Trade Business Permits at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Rokan Hilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. There were 7 informants in this study with the Head of DPMPTSP as the key informant. Data collection techniques by interviews and data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques. Based on the results of research and discussion on the Quality of Public Services in the Arrangement of Trade Business Licenses at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Rokan Hilir Regency, it is known that it is not optimal, it can be seen that SIUP services are still not optimal in DPMPTSP Rokan Hilir Regency particularly with regard to responsiveness to public complaints. Parties from the service have not responded quickly to complaints submitted by the public related to the problem of making SIUP, besides that employees providing services have not served quickly and are responsive to complaints, this is due to the fact that the day-to-day service officers are often late so that the public / SIUP permit applicants have to wait a long time.
