Abstract

This study aims to determine the Transparency and Accountability of Village Financial Management in Sidomukti Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelelawan Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method based on data sources and the results of interviews with informants and documents from the object of research. This study found that the financial management of Sidomukti village has not been fully transparent, there has been no disclosure of information about cash in and out activities and there is no information about APBDes realization activities around the village yard or at the Sidomukti village office. In the planning process there is a delay in the agreement of village regulations agreed in February of the following year and in the reporting stage the sidomukti village government is late in compiling all village financial reports, therefore the sidomukti village government, in terms of accountability, needs to be improved.
