Abstract

The subjects of this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and the Head of Development . The object of this research is to analyze whether financial management in Sungai Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Regency has been running accordance with applicable regulations. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method and the data used are primary and secondary data. While the data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The findings in this study indicate that the process of financial management in Sungai Simpang Dua Village is no different from the provisions stipulated in. The government of Sungai Simpang Village is tries to follow the existing provisions by taking into account the conditions and needs of the village in the fiscal year, although there are things that are not in accordance with the provisions, namely the provision of information media for reporting the use of the budget to the village community. The obstacle faced by Sungai Simpang Dua Village is the absence of media that can be accessed by the public to obtain information about accountability in the realization of the APBDesa. Another obstacle is how to select and prioritize the needs that will be available, after holding hamlet meetings and village meetings so that they can be adjusted to the village income budget.
