Abstract

This research was conducted at UEK Batang Serosa, Batang Serosa Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the internal control system for credit distribution in the Batang Serosa Village Economic Enterprise (UEK), Batang Serosa Village, Mandau District. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and sencondary data. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation.this research uses a descriptive analysis method where researchers compare the data and information obtained. Then compare and analyze its application to existing theories. This research examines how UEK Batang Serosa implements credit granting procedures to prospective customers and how UEK Batang Serosa analyzes internal control over credit granting. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are that internal control over the granting of credit to UEK Batang Serosa has not been implemented properly and correctly. This can be seen from the lack supervision and monitoring when credit is disbursed, Credit Analysis Staff still have several duties, adequate recording and document procedures, and separation of duties and responsibilities.
