Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and work stress on employee work creativity at PT. Sinar Makmur Ansari Sejahtera. The population in this study was 39 employees with the sample in this study being 39 respondents using the Census method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on work creativity, while work stress has a negative effect on employee work creativity.
