Abstract

This study aims to analyse the financial performance of the Riau Province Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency using the concept of value for money. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data used is secondary data, namely the Government Agency Performance Report and the Budget Realisation Report for 2021 and 2022. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2021 has been economical, efficient, and effective with an economic percentage of 70,73%, efficiency of 136,31%, and effectiveness of 115,35% and in 2022 it is stated that it has been economical, efficient, and effective with an economic percentage of 82,92%, efficiency of 115,66%, and effectiveness of 124,90%. Thus the performance of the Riau Province Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency has fulfilled the principles of the concept of value for money based on economic, efficiency and effectiveness measurements.
