Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Online Service Program in Making Birth Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research uses Mix Methode which mixes two research methods between qualitative and quantitative with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that from the indicators of measuring effectiveness, namely understanding the program is quite effective as seen from each party and the community has understood their duties and responsibilities in the implementation of the Online Service Program in Making Birth Certificates, target accuracy, can be said to have been achieved through the collaboration of each party in the Online Service Program in Making Birth Certificates, timeliness cannot be said to be effective because there are still various obstacles so that the time required in completing the birth certificate is not as specified. The achievement of goals cannot be said to be achieved because there are still parties or communities who have not felt the convenience of implementing the Online Service Program in Making Birth Certificates, and real change cannot be said to be effective because it is only able to provide real changes to the collaborating parties.
