Abstract

The Grand Mempura Hotel in Siak Regency is one of the hotels with the most complete facilities in Siak Regency, but in recent years there has been a decline in hotel guest visits as indicated by low service quality and high prices. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on customer satisfaction at the Grand Mempura Siak Hotel. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely by testing the validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test and test the coefficient of determination. the data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents according to predetermined criteria, namely respondents who had stayed at the Grand Mempura Hotel. Based on data analysis, the results of research on the service quality variable hypothesis test, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Grand Mempura Siak Hotel. Then the F test shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and pricing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and all variables together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is indicated by the results of the F test. The results of the research variable service quality (X1) and pricing (X2) simultaneously (together) influence the purchase decision variable (Y)
