Abstract
#indonesiaterserah is the voice bubble of a minority of health workers in Indonesia ahead of Idul Fitri 2020. This qualitative research of narrative tradition collected conversations on Twitter for 15 days starting from May 10–25, 2020. As a result, 8,144 (65 percent) of 12,553 accounts show negative narratives. Negative sentiment is the impact of cyber media coverage in Indonesia. The spiral of silence theory approach explains the narrative; social resonance of minority opinion that finds its new form in social media in a spiral became a significant issue for more than ten days before Eid al-Fitr’s celebration in Indonesia.
