Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT BONO HOTEL PEKANBARU WULAN OKTATRIANA NPM: 195210075 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication on the performance of Hotel Bono Pekanbaru employees. The population in this study are all employees of Hotel Bono Pekanbaru who work for this company. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely only a few divisions were sampled, totaling 46 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS. Based on the research results, it has been found that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Hotel Bono Pekanbaru employees.
