Abstract

Overview of the Physical Condition Level of IPRS Junior Soccer School (SSB) Players in Pekanbaru City The purpose of this study was to see the level of physical condition of the SSB IPRS Junior players in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of observations of SSB IPRS Junior players in Pekanbaru City, it was found that the level of physical condition of SSB IPRS Junior players in Pekanbaru City was not known, what factors could influence the level of physical condition of SSB IPRS Junior players in Pekanbaru City and it was seen that the discipline of the players was still lacking when following the training process. The tests used in this study used tests of the physical condition of football including endurance (balke test), strength test (push up), speed test (30 meter run), agility test (Illinois run), leg muscle explosive power test ( standing long jump) and hand eye coordination tests (throw catch a baseball). The sample in this study were 18 SSB IPRS Junior players in Pekanbaru City. From the results of tests carried out in the field, the results were in the "Perfect" category and proven by an average value of 13.11 or being in the interval 9.6 - 10.
