Abstract

Honesty is still a problem in the world of education, especially in the implementation of evaluations as researchers found in symptoms such as fraud in the form of cheating and cooperation, it is necessary to instill the values of honesty in students. The formulation of the problem in this study is the PAI Study Program's Effort in Instilling Honesty in Students at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Islam Riau. In addition, this study aims to determine the efforts of PAI Study Program in instilling honesty in students at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Islam Riau. This type of research is qualitative with interviews as a data collection technique to obtain data. After the data is obtained, it is then processed and analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification, and drawing conclusions, as it can be concluded that the PAI Study Program's Efforts in Instilling Honesty in Students are by instilling honesty values in students by providing education and explaining the importance of being honest which is done from the beginning of students entering lectures by each lecturer, Also anticipate cheating actions and cooperate when conducting evaluations with existing rules in lecture rules.
