Abstract
BUSINESS EVALUATION OF THE BAKTI JAYA MANDIRI UNIT IN A ENTERPRISE OWNED IN KAMPUNG BUANA BHAKTI KERINCI RIGHT IN SIAK DISTRICT DONNY AFRIZAL NPM: 167110214 ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the Savings and Loans Business Unit Program in order to improve the welfare of the community in Buana Bhakti Village, Siak Regency and the evaluation of the Savings and Loans Business Unit Program in Buana Bhakti Village, Siak Regency. Area Indicators used in program evaluation are input, process, output and outcome. The research method used is quantitative. The informants of this research were managers, secretaries, cashiers, credit analysts, unit managers and customers of the savings and loan business unit belonging to Kampung Buana Bhakti. Types and data collection techniques used are primary data with interview techniques and secondary data with observation techniques. Based on this analytical method, the researcher assessed and concluded that the savings and loan program to improve the welfare of the people of Buana Bhakti Village, Siak Regency, was going quite well. Based on an analysis of four evaluation indicators related to management quality, facilities/infrastructure and technical facilities, accuracy of loan capital, late loan fines and various obstacles in the Buana Bhakti Village Savings and Loans Program which aims to improve people's welfare. . . -creatures of Siak Regency. Business unit managers belonging to Kampung Buana Bhakti need to carry out their duties more effectively and efficiently so that the savings and loan business unit program to improve people's welfare can run optimally.
