Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze service quality, price, and drug variants on customer satisfaction at Naufal Farma Kubang Jaya Pharmacy, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were customers at the Naufal Farma Kubang Jaya Pharmacy, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicated that service quality, price, and drug variants had a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Naufal Farma Kubang Jaya Pharmacy, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
