Abstract
The regional government of Pekanbaru city sees that the traders selling on the side of the road are not very good, it can cause congestion around the market and make the people's view of the city's management unfavorable. This is a problem for the city government, especially the Department of Transportation because they have the authority in that section of the road, as well as the Department of Industry and Trade in the Market Sector which plays an important role in overcoming the problem of market traders because they are in charge of managing the market. This study aims to determine the Evaluation of the Market Vendor Relocation Program by the Department of Industry and Trade on Jalan Teratai Pekanbaru City. This type of research is qualitative. While the data collection technique used is primary data collected by interview techniques and secondary data collected by observation and documentation techniques. And the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, with the results of interviews 5 indicators used include effectiveness, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of this study are that the Civil Hygienic Market Relocation Program in Pekanbaru City has not been achieved because the traders are reluctant to move into the market on the grounds that there are not enough visitors at the market, and the author's suggestion is that the Industry and Trade Service should conduct a review of the relocation program, maybe the market can be expanded again, and maybe buyers can shop directly from the motorbike, as they applied at the Teratai market in Pekanbaru City.
