Abstract

This research aims to determine Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic Indonesia Number 2 of 2016 concercing Child Identity Cards at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Indragiri Hulu Regency. Implementation assessmentt indicators used include Information, Policy Content, Community Support, and Potential Sharing. This type of research is a Quantitative Method, namely prioritizing questionnaires as a data Collection tool. The sampel population in this study was a population of 147.704 people and a sampel of 97 people. The types and techinques of data collection used consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as observation techniquest. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is by using a frecuency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2016 Concerning Child Identity Cards (Studies at the Population and Civil Registration Serviceof Indragiri Hulu Regency) categorized as sufficiently implemented.
