Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT. Mandiri Nusantara Survey employees. Data collection using a questionnaire, distributed to 105 respondents who were taken using the probability sampling method. Data analysis using the Statistical Method is expected to know about how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable with SPSS tools. The results of the study show that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. Leadership and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables. The recommendations given are PT. Mandiri Nusantara Survey in order to be able to focus more on the interaction of quality leadership and work discipline. But that doesn't mean ignoring quality results. In this case, quality results are used as a starting point to enhance leadership and work discipline which are assessed by employees in an effort to improve performance.
