Abstract

There is a few definition about the sea as a territorial ofthe Republic of Indonesia, based to the related convention and national act or regulation. All of the sea as a territorial of the Republic Indonesia havea big potential under perspective of politic, economic, social and culture, defence and national security to used for or realize Indonesia to be a welfare state.
