Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength to the volleyball service results of students of SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya, there is eye and hand coordination to the results of the volleyball service of students of SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya, and there is a contribution of arm and shoulder muscle strength and eye-hand coordination on volleyball service results for students of SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya. The data collection method in this research used multiple correlation. The population in this study was 20 boys playing volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya. The sample in this study was all the volleyball players at SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya, 20 boys or also known as total sampling. Based on the data required in this research, data collection was carried out by carrying out tests. In accordance with the problems and data required in this research, the methods used are observation, libraries, tests and measurements. The data obtained was processed using the product moment correlation technique. the results of the research: There is a contribution of arm muscle strength to the results of the top serve in the volleyball game for male students at SMA N 1 Bungaraya with a contribution amount of 3%. And there is a contribution of eye-hand coordination to the results of the top serve in the volleyball game for male students at SMA N 1 Bungaraya with a contribution amount of 32%.
