Abstract

The problems discussed in this study are related to whether Islamic services affect the loyalty of muzakki at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Pekanbaru City. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic services on the loyalty of muzakki at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Pekanbaru City. The benefits for BAZNAS services are that they can add references or evaluation materials for improvement in providing services, for muzakki to add insight to muzakki who want to pay zakat, and for writers it is expected to be a reference or reference for further researchers. The type of research used is quantitative with a correlation approach, the population in this study is muzakki who pay zakat directly to BAZNAS Pekanbaru City, while the sample used is 75 people and interviews are 1 person. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data processing techniques used are editing, tabulating, and interpreting and the analysis techniques are normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from this study show that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there is a significant influence between Islamic services on muzakki loyalty at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Pekanbaru City. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R) obtained a value of 0.488 or 48.8%. This shows that the influence of variable X with variable Y is 48.8% while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other factors.
